Thank you Facebook

Something good has come out of the Facebook IPO:

“The IPO of FB [Facebook] destroyed the faith of many private investors in social networks”

Complements of the BBC.

They’re social networks, not money networks. It all comes to down to values. Facebook was setup as a money-network though it was falsely presented as a social network. Under false pretense it succeeded as a social network and in doing so undermined its true purpose of making money.  Living in a lie can be confusing.
